Refund Policy - the basics

If you wish to cancel your course registration, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee to cover administrative handling and processing costs. This helps us manage the preparation and resources reserved in advance for each participant.

Refunds (minus the handling fee) will be issued using the original method of payment, provided the cancellation request is received within the applicable time frame as outlined in our course terms.
